Feel the Rush

On Sunday of last week I shot two wonderful models for my editorial shoot "Feel the Rush".  We got to the location and it has hot but we really wanted to do this shoot so we all suffered in the heat.  The MUA Ebony Greene did a wonderful job with hair and make up for Kathy Armstead(model).  Ms Greene was about 45mins in with hair and make up then the male model Jeff Tecoz arrived.  He was excited about the shoot and was friendly to both the female model and mua.  When we first started shooting the shoot started at a slow start. The models was nervous at first but eventually got into the shoot to get some amazing images.

SO i found out that i placed 2nd in the College Juried Exhibition. The piece that i won an award for is "Dark as Coffee" this piece has also been publish in the UWG Eclectic 2011. The artwork makes a strong statement.

So i have reach the final week until the adv photo group exhibition. I must say it has been a long semester. I final got all the couples for the interracial relationships series, and my stereotypes series is pretty much done. All i have left to do is finish printing my pictures. It has actually been though this semester to get everyone to do the shoots and do redo shoots. It seems like everyone has been extra busy with schoolwork. I feel that the week that we had the snow has had a great impact and setbacks on students. The question that has been coming up most often with me is, is this really for me. I have been having doubts about school. I have been getting in plenty of shows and I have gotten some publications this year, but sometimes I feel like I am wasting my time and money.
